How sound affects
As you can see in the video below sound affects the mood of the story very much. Having sound affects in the poem as it's being read, helps the reader picture themselves in the story with the feelings of happiness, mystery and revenge. For instance, during the carnival having happy, laughing music helps the reader connect to it personally, unlike if it was playing sad music which would confuse the reader making the poem unpleasant to listen to. Hearing being one of the 5 senses people have, helps the reader make connections to what the story is tying to convey.
If any one has a critical turn, it is he. He will tell me--" "Luchesi cannot tell Amontillado from Sherry." "And yet some fools will have it that his taste is a match for your own." "Come, let us go." "Whither?" "To your vaults."

Non-Visual
VS.
Visual
VS.
Visual
A visual text vs. a non-visual texts can send the message the author is trying to deliver in a different way. In a non-visual text the story comes across more detailed, allowing the reader to understand the story better. Although you can't see the character visually and hear the tone, you can make your own thought of what the characters may look like which appeals to some people. On the other hand in a visual video the story seems more interesting, because to most people watching a movie/ trailer is more exciting. You can also hear the tone in the characters voices and also visually see the characters.
